Rounding Up or Down

Hi

I am trying to create a formula where the end number is either rounded up or down to the nearest 0.5

Say B5/C5 = 1.35, how can I round it up to 1.5, similarly if the answer in 1.21 how can I round down to 1.0

I've tried ROUND and CEILING but can't figure it out.
