    Annual Leave entitlement

I create a chart showing the annual leave entitlement based on staff services of month. However, I find it doesn't work. I highlight the problem formula in yellow.
For instance, Staff E total service is 80 months and she should be entitled to 16 days of annual leave. But the formula isn't worked right. Hope anybody can help. Thousands of thanks.

Please try changing the <12 in cell N5 to 0. Then apply this to J5 and fill down.
