Power Query Filter by Date Parameter

Trying to filter by DATE but I get 0 rows with this:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

but hard coding the date I get the one row I want:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

What am I missing here?

I tried using either Date or Date1 from the parameters table and I just do not get the expected results.

Broke the DATE parameters up, so my query became:
