Question Determine all Matches with Values

I think my other thread got a bit confusing (my fault for sure)

Column A - All Job Numbers
    Column C - Dollar Amounts
Column E - More Job Numbers
Columns G-J - Stages of Job

Tier C - Site Audit, Site Survey, & Design Brand Book
Tier D - Site Audit, Site Survey, & Design Brand Book and Cost Analysis? Quote Sent?

I've attached the data sheet but, in a nutshell, I am looking for the formula/function that will give me:

All matching job numbers from columns A and E (and their corresponding dollar amounts from column C) in 2 categories (tiers)

    The result should look like...

Tier C (Jobs with Site Audit, Site Survey, & Design Brand Book)
Job Number PO Total $ Value
    123456 $100.99
    789101 $256.66
    and so on...

Tier C (Jobs with Site Audit, Site Survey, Design Brand Book, and Quote Sent)
Job Number PO Total $ Value
    222545 $444.09
    565554 $8112.01

    Help?

Re: Determine all Matches with Values

This seems like you need a database more than a spreadsheet. That's my first suggestion.

If you really must use Excel, then you need to organize your data. It's unclear what the difference is of the job numbers between the columns. Example: 7032537 is in column A but not in column E; 7027940 is in column E but not in column A. So, column A is truly not 'All Job Numbers' as you described. Since it appears column A numbers are tied to the values in column C, and the column G-J values determine which tier the column E numbers are in, how are you supposed to tie the two job numbers together to generate the result you are asking for?

Once organized, and using helper columns (example - have a column equation that determines 'C' or 'D') then play around with Pivot Tables to pull it all together.
