DIsplay only if dates falls between 2 dates

Hello, This is my first time posting. I've been trying to figure this formula out but I cant and its driving me nuts! I am looking for a cell to display a date of another cell but only if it falls between 2 dates (in another sheet) and copy the rest of the data pertaining to that row. Thank you in advance for your help!

It will be easier to help you if we can see the issue in context.

Attach a sample workbook showing the data layout (anonymised if relevant) and your expected results.

Could you please explain a little more using the sample workbook you have attached?

Where do you want the date to appear and based on what dates to be in between of?

Ex. The "automated sheet" cell A7 should be populated with any cell between A5:A21 in the "input sheet" IF the cell is between the dates in "automated sheet" cells A3 and C3. Also, the rest of the row in "automated Sheet" from which the date was populated should be filled in with the corresponding data from that row in "input sheet"

I will have multiple matches for the dates but the other information will be unique.

I actually don’t know what a helper column is so I guess ok with it?
