Countif to next non Blank

Hey there!

I've come to the last step in a project I've been working on for a few days and can't seem to figure out the last step. Essentially what I need to do is take a count (in an adjacent column) from the values inbetween 2 nonblank cells. I've included a screenshot of the sheet I'm working on. The yellow highlight areas would be where the formula would take place and would be counting the non-blank values in Column K (True/False) over the range between non-blanks in Column P.

So Cell T2 would return 1, Cell T4 would return 2 and Cell T7 Would Return 9.

Hey, I actually figured this out using

=ArrayFormula(if($A24="","",countif(offset(K25,0,0,match("",$K25:K$2000,0),1), "TRUE")/counta(offset($K24,0,0,(match("",$K25:K$2000,0)-1),1))))

I'm sure theres a better way to do it.
