Help with Array Formula

I would like to write an array formula to sum results of rows 4 through 16.

The formula for row 4 is:

=IF(OR(SUM(B4:D4)=0,SUM(C4:E4)=0,SUM(D4:F4)=0)=TRUE,1,0)

How can I represent an array where the rows 4 through 16 are evaluated and summed? I thought of using indirect and "B" & {4,5,6,7,8,9...}, but that get's really long and then the column is not relative.

Any help from the gurus out there much appreciated!

Since you are not understanding the request, here is a suggestion for a title change which explicitly describes your needs.

array formula to sum results of rows 4 through 16.

Make the change and I am sure others will jump in with a viable solution. Suggest you read and understand all forum rules that you agreed to abide by when you joined this forum.
