How to change color on font based on value in a cell

Use Conditional Formatting. Select cell A1 and use the CF formula:

Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
