Unique Identifier for Certain Criteria - PART 2

I posted a similar question earlier, but this question has slightly different criteria.

I'm looking for this column to either have the number 1 or 2... a number will only appear if the column says "YES" for include and the first team will show up as a 1 (other rows will show up with a 1 who have the same TransID and Team name) and then the second team will show up as a 2. The desired result is below and attached. Thank you so much!

    ID TransID Team Name Include?
    1 100 NYY Last Name 1 YES
    1 100 NYY Last Name 2 YES
    2 100 SD Last Name 3 YES
    1 100 NYY Last Name 4 YES
    2 100 SD Last Name 5 YES
    - 101 HOU Last Name 6 NO
    - 101 ARI Last Name 7 NO
    - 101 ARI Last Name 8 NO
    1 90 PIT Last Name 9 YES
    1 90 PIT Last Name 10 YES
    1 90 PIT Last Name 11 YES
    1 90 PIT Last Name 12 YES
    2 90 OAK Last Name 13 YES
    - 10 STL Last Name 14 NO
    - 10 CHI Last Name 15 NO

Your attached spreadsheet and your example in your post are not the same. There are different columns and different results. Can you clarify which you are trying to accomplish?

I think they are the same, but the formatting is messed up in the post. The attached example is the one to go off of. Thank you!

Please make sure the attachment is the one to base the answer on. Your attached file has different columns than your description, and it has IDs from 1 to 5, where your description only mentions IDs of 1 or 2. We just want to make sure we're working with the correct information.
