Question How do I find most recent dates for one person with repeated values in no specific order?

    Hi Everyone,

I'm working on a program data spreadsheet that tracks referrals into our program and client encounters. I have a master list of client data that is the base for my data model and is the only worksheet without duplicates. For the referral worksheet, we may have someone referred and enrolled multiple times at different dates. On the encounter worksheet, we will have the same client receive many different services and possibly be discharged multiple times. I have two columns on the master list for date of enrollment and date of disenrollment/discharge. I've been playing with the existing index/match formulas I've been using and adding max or large to them without success. I need the most recent date of enrollment and the date of most recent discharge to appear in the columns. If the person has been re-enrolled, then I need the column for disenrollment date to be blank (triggered if the new enrollment date is greater than the discharge date). I hope this makes sense. I've attached a sample workbook to illustrate.

    Thanks for your help!
