Kindly provide me formula to repeat items specified number of times.

Require result in E column with formula based on table on the left..

Maybe put this on E4 and copied down:

=LOOKUP(ROW(A1),SUMIF(OFFSET(C$3,,,ROW($1:$99),),"<>")+1,B$4:B$99)
