CSV, Excel data sync & relocation between two worksheets. Please HELP!!!

1) I have CSV file that gets data from other main source when you "Refresh All" (opened & saved as Excel file)
- Each new data row is located starting from column A -> "endless" number of columns depending on source result.(screenshot #01)
- I need this data to be synced to another worksheet, but starting from P20 cell (with additionals rows above & additional columns left hand side).
- synced data should be as table, which can be filtered
- rows 1 -> 19 and columns A -> O will have formulas to work with data from synced table. (screenshot #02)
P.S. I'm not able to move data in same sheet because "Refresh All" then doesn't work & I'm not getting data from main source.
P.S. At any point main source can produce data row with much more columns, but I'm not able to predict how much more exactly it will be.

Hello yan4ik and Welcome to Excel Forum.
Not guaranteeing that I or anyone here can help, however there is a better chance that someone can if we can see the workbook from which the two screen shots are made (I assume the data isn't sensitive as it is in a screenshot).
To upload a workbook (not a picture or pasted copy) click on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
