Using Vlookup or Index to find multiple values?

    Hi all
Looking for some help in listing all detail relating to a part number. I have added an example I put together to reduce the file size and ran the first row on a vlookup but looking into it I think it needs an Index formula which I am not good at. Any help with an example on one or all of the rows would greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks.
