Using One Column To Find Unique Values in Another Column

I have one column that has different schedule numbers. These show up many times and can have multiple suppliers associated with them. I want to make a formula that will look at each schedule in one column and give me the name of the first unique supplier, second unique supplier and so on. Finding and listing unique suppliers is not difficult in excel, the tricky part is using a different column to base my search off of. I attached a snippet of my spreadsheet that applies and it should be more clear when looking at it. The main sheet I use has hundreds of schedules and I need to find which suppliers are used for each one using a formula than can sort through it as I constantly update the table.

Thank you so much for your help! I am also wanting to learn more about the different functions and how they work together. If you have the time and would be willing to explain your thought process and how the functions work together that would be awesome!
