Dear all,

I really need some help as I have some data whic is a list of poeple with their name and DOB ( data format is text and date) around 900 rows in Sheet1

A B
DOB Surname


In sheet 2 I have some data ( data format is text and date) around 20800 records with people who have the same surname
A B 3
DOB Surname SES


What I really need to do is to Vlookup for anyone in sheet 2 and return the data in colunm 3 ( SES) in my data sheet 1

I tried everything concacenate / vlookup at different angles and I get some results but not accurate despite the false. Can someone please give me the formula step by steps :_0 Many thanka and if I need to setup format as I tried too with text in the function but the value when I did a few checks were not correct !!! Thank you so much for your help
