    Conditional Formatting Help

The dates in column B on the submitted sheet are supposed to turn red once 30 days have passed from its original start date. I decided to have the formula output a 1 for "true" and a 0 for "false" and then have the conditional format highlight the cell red based off of the ones and zeros. However, it will not change column A's rows as it moves down the columns and just bases the out put in column B off of the first cell I have it formatted to.

I appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue. What I thought was going to be the simplest part of this turned out to be the most difficult!

    Thanks again!

You're description does not match your sample file, but at a guess, select col D & use
    Formula: copy to clipboard
