Your question lacks important detail. Please provide some sample data so that we can see the nature of the data and what connects the two tables.

Attached is an file. Source data and where people enter the name of the employee is sheet "EMPLOYEE". Once they finish typing I want the second sheet to update "RECAP".
Both data must be tables and have the same number of employees. As you can see Sheet "EMPLOYEE" has Cesar and Fabian whereas "RECAP" does not.
