    Create a list based off information in other tabs

    Hi

    If you look at the attachment this will be easier to understand

    On tabs 1, 2, 3 & 4, there is a list of products, their stock and how much stock is required

    On tab "Total Needed" I have manually filled out the information based on the information in tabs 1-4

    I need anything that has a value greater than Zero in tabs 1-4 to be in a list on the tab "Total Needed", along with the product name

    So i require formulae for the "Total Needed" tabs please, in columns A & B

    The way I can think of that this might be accomplished using the 2007 version of Excel is to make a list of all products and index them using formulas like:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    An aggregate is then produced using the SUM function.
    For the final output the 'Product' column is populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    The 'Quantity Needed' column is populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Thank you, i'll give it a try when i get a chance. there is a lot more data in my original spreadsheet so i'm hoping it can transfer your formulae over to it.
