Last occurrence of a text string in a column.

Greetings-

I did a search and could not find exactly what I was looking for. I apologize if I missed it.

I'm trying to build a formula that will give me the last occurrence in a column of a text string contained in another cell.

In the sample spreadsheet, I need a formula that will result in cell E1 returning "10", a reference to the last time Dora was seen (poor Dora!).

I'd rather not use an array formula but I will if that is all that will work.
