Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Remember to desensitize the data.

i want trying to calculate how many time the number in cell "AP11" Appears when cells b5:b500 anytime it meets the criteria in cells h5:h500

Additionally, when creating a title, think about how you would go about searching the internet using Google to find an answer and then create a title that is meaningful in that way. I truly doubt any one searching the internet would think to search on your current title.
