Excel Hyperlinks with changing tab names

I would like to know if there is a way to have a list of the sheet names with hyperlinks but have the hyperlinks continue to work if the sheet name changes. For example I may have it linked to a "BLANK" sheet now, but when I change it to "MICHAEL", I want the link to continue to work without having to re-link it. Is it possible? Thank you.

SHEET_NAME!$A$1 is the reference you want to create hyperlink.
