1. Only biggest number choice
2. the number in absolute format (positive or negative number)

Select F6:H10 and use below formula in conditional format
=AND(F6<>0,ABS(F6)=MAX(ABS($F6:$H6)))

=ABS(C13)=MAX(ABS($C13:$E13))
update , sorry
i want new add 1 criteria so became :
1. only biggest number; and
2. in Absolute number; OR
3. the number is zero (0)
