Formula to count consecutive wins/draws or max no loss streak

Hi

I have been trying to find a formula that would count consecutive (max) no loss streak but I am struggling. I have tried a few formula's from here but cant seem to get them to work based on how my data is laid out. I have attached a sample workbook that represents my data and how it is laid out, I have also included a table where I have manually counted them and I would like to find a formula that would count them automatically if possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
