Make standard deviation of a sample IF data is within specific dates

Hi, I'm trying to create a formula that will make a standard deviation of all the data in the column IF the date in same row is between specific dates: B2 and C2.
Iv'e used CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER for the formula to make it a range-formula
It returns wrong value
