Highlighting text thats the same in different colours

Is it possible to highlight text which is the same (URLs in this case) in different colours

I have about 30 URLs in columns B / E / H / K / N

sometimes the same URL appears in these columns and I'd like to have the cell background change colour so it's easy to see where URLs are the same

Conditional formatting to highlight duplicates doesn't work as it highlights all URLs in the same colour.

CF formula applies to B5:N14

=COUNTIF($B$5:$N$14,B5)=2 fill 1st color

=COUNTIF($B$5:$N$14,B5)=3 fill 2nd color
and so on.

what CF do you pick ?
