How to locate a row matching 6 criteria and output the last value of the row

I have a spreadsheet and in columns A - F there are 6 different categories and in column G there is a price. The price corresponds to the item which is in all 6 categories specified in the row. For Ex.

Q W E R T Y $99
this would mean the item that belongs to the Q,W,E,R,T,Y categories and is $99.
on another sheet i will have a drop-down list in the same format of 6 columns but in the G column i want to write a formula that locates the corresponding row on the other sheet and returns the price.
Any help writing this formula would be appreciated.

Try using sumifs, in G3 and fill down as needed
