I have to make a summary sheet based on various input factors.
Please refer the attachment for a gist of my input and output requirements.
I will need SUMIFS using multiple criteria in multiple columns.
Or if there is a better way to pull this off, please let me know.

Im sure some of our members will come up with some fancy array formula for this, but I would break out the product into it's own cells, sumifs based on each, then add those totals.

Presently, I apply filters for each column based on the condition and take the SUBTOTAL value from SALES.
Is it possible to replicate the same with some functions?

Your result is not clear. subtotals and sumifs are possible, but I am unclear why east is a zone and then east & south, which includes east's values. Why is south not a line in its own as well. Are there other products and zones in reality, Would Martin, South if it existed just say books?
Just seen Ali's comment. Whilst I have asked questions, I will not answer till you have complied, it might save you some time getting your answer if you do both at the same time!
