    Help with Countif

    Seems to be a simple issue but i am busting my head here.

    I have two columns of data with the word yes in them.
    would like to know how to work out the percent of rows that have "yes" in them.

    Please see attached and you will see that for this argument it is only row 32 that has both "Yes" selected i need this as a percentage of both column c and d

    =COUNTIFS(C2:C33,"Yes",D2:D33,"Yes")/32*100
