count and multiply with 2 rows

On the attached excel i am trying to make a formula to "sum" amount per boat if there is a number in the boat column.

for instance chartplotter large $8000 so Fb-1 and Fb-2 have 1 each, at the bottom are the totals per vessel if they are getting the equipment.
