OK firstly, in your example workbook you're saying Week 17 has more than $750 in sales but it has equal to $750 in sales, so your count column should be using Based on what you've written,

    Formula: copy to clipboard

But what you've shown as your output would require

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Secondly, Any reason why you want to concatenate the results into ONE cell? (asking as it's not best practice) Ideally you'd either want helper columns which allow you to interrogate the data later, or if you want them in one cell I think a VBA solution would work better

let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

    Anything is possible

Like I say, it depends on what you're using the data for (whether you will be using it for further analysis) or if you're just looking for this as the final output. Also whether you're open to a VBA/Macro answer

You have the option of whether to materialise in a table, or not, in the "Load To..." dialog.
