IF Function - different conditions for scoring system

Hi guys

Using IF function to determine a score.

Unsure if I am using the right criteria (in my formula) but i am getting a error message. please see attached.

this is my formula: =IF(AND(G2>=7,I2>=150,N2<=100),"A", =IF(AND(G2>=6,I2>=149,N2<=98),"B", =IF(AND(G2>=5,I2>=148,N2<=96),"C"," ")))

I am inputting the formula in column O2.

you don't need = before the other IF's inside a nested formula

Funny - I am sure I have corrected an IF formula of yours before where you had done this ...
