Sort data in several columns without using pivot table

Hi. Am trying to sort values in several columns but based on values in one of the columns (COLUMN D) in descending order using a formula. Attached is a workbook named SAMPLE 5 with raw data in a worksheet named TEST. Expected results are in a different worksheet named RESULTS.
I would be grateful for your assistance. Thanks
Attached is my workbook, named SAMPLE 5

Is that correct, or should it be column E?
