Counting dates in one column using criteria from 3 other columns

I initially posted this as a reply to my last post but I figure this would be viewed more and have a better change at being answered. I have a table with multiple columns, I am trying to count dates in Column C, using the info in Columns B, D, and E as criteria. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried using the solution to the question I had in my previous post but I was not successful. This situation seems slightly different. Attached in a tester doc.
