Welcome to the forum
What weighted average are you after? The time weighted by the count of products, weighted by region..weighted by operation
This is clearly a much simplified example and probably doesn't represent the size or values your actual data. We often find that when we give an answer to what is a trivial non representative example when the solution is used with the real world data it doesn't work because of factors like string length and other stuff which is important but hasn't been mentioned.
Therefore upload your real workbook (or at least a cut down copy), and manually add the results you expect to see. In a note clearly explain how you have arrived at your results.
The example doesn't help because for instance operations are unique to regions as indeed sub regions and styles. I'm guessing this isn't representative.

hi Richard, and glad to be part of this community,
to clarify, the displayed output is based on the pivot in sheet2. with regard to the wight average i am after let me explain it using row one output,
it has 2 time values 333 and 245, and weight average will be based on the magnitude of the value, that means 333 will have higher wight than 245.
With respect that doesn't tell me the actual result you expect and your explanation isn't clear enough for me to have any idea of the arithmetic you want to apply.
That's why we ask for the whole workbook and manually calculated results which are clearly identified.
