Data sorting incorrectly with index match

    Hello All!!

I am working on another spreadsheet and I've run into a road block.

In the attached workbook Column J and Column K on the "New IPP" spreadsheet have this formula in it:

    =INDEX(Data!$B$3:$C$60,MATCH(INDEX(Data!$A$3:$A$60,MATCH($C5,Data!$A$3:$A$60,0)-1),Data!$A$3:$A$60,0),MATCH(J$4,Data!B$1:$C$1,0)))

    =INDEX(Data!$B$3:$C$60,MATCH(INDEX(Data!$A$3:$A$60,MATCH($C5,Data!$A$3:$A$60,0)-1),Data!$A$3:$A$60,0),MATCH(K$4,Data!B$1:$C$1,0)))

Question 1 - What do I need to add to leave the cells blank that feed #N/A? I tried the IFERROR add on, but I couldn't get it to work.

Question 2 - The information in cells J5:K21 on the "New IPP" sheet feeds from the "Data" sheet, but it's not matching up with the correct employee. In Cells AJ5:AL11, on the "New IPP" sheet, I show who is supposed to have what numbers based on the Data sheet (this is entered manually just so you can see what it's supposed to look like.)

Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Re: Data sorting incorrectly with index match

    **UPDATE**

I was able to correct the incorrect sorting, but I still can't get the IFERROR formula to remove the #N/A if there is no date to pull from the "Data" sheet.
