Conditional formatting when a cell does not contain a value in another column

    Hello,

I'm trying to add conditional formatting where a cell turns grey when a cell in another column (same row) does not contain a specific value, but rule does not apply when the other cell is blank.

I.e. when cell AL5 contains "SR" or is blank, I want cell AI5 to remain blank. If cell AL5 contains any other value, I want AI5 to turn grey.

    Any assistance would be appreciated,
    Thanks

I used 1 but you will use whatever is the first row of the range you want to format.
