Conditional Formatting Formula AND function needs amending

Forum Colleagues:

(Excel 2013 application).

Please help me with my Conditional Formatting Formula. "=AND(M$9>=$G10,M$9<=$H10)".

Please open attachment: Team_Duties_Test_3, to see that, my formula only formats the first date ranges in a group and not the two subsequent ranges. Therefore it highlights only the first chosen course in a group and not the other chosen course date ranges, in the other groups.

I've tried embedded IF formulas and OR formulas but, I cannot make it work.
