Need help for using conditional formatting

    Hello,

I have created a Gantt Chart for automation and I wanted to check a few things. I have given conditional formatting for US holidays, India Holidays, Common Holidays and Personal Time Offs (PTO). The actual work day column will calculate the total work days as per the color used for each of these.

I am stuck with an issue that if I am in US, the cell should count that workday even if that is a Public Holiday in India. Likewise, if I am on vacation (PTO), the cell should not count it as a day off for another user assigned a particular task. It should calculate those workdays as well.

I have used a task owner column to identify the owner of this task.

It would be great if any one of you could help. I have enclosed my excel sheet here.

    Best Regards,
    Chaitanya
