Conditional Formatting - Highlight One Cell in A Range Only

HI - I know I've managed this before but my memory is failing me now!

I've multiple rows and columns of data and as a result of an IF formula a result appears in only one cell per row

I now need that result to highlight in a grey colour if there's a figure in another column

At the moment I can only seem to manage to highlight the whole row instead of the relevant cell

    I'm sure it's a case of removing a $ or two but I'm struggling

    Example attached

Thanks in advance for your informed advice and help
