Lookup With Criteria Number

hi all...

how to solve this problem in lookup..
i have 3 criteria number are positive,negative, zero
all number is given and random

please attachment file

any help greatly appreciated

1. You need to be consistent in your table - the last Grade B you have Equal instead of Zero (I suspect that all neg's should be Bad, instead of Worst and all pos' should be good?)

Try this...
=INDEX($H$9:$H$14,MATCH(F18,$F$9:$F$14,0)+IF(G18>0,0,IF(G18=0,2,1)))
