Formula Help: Using a static date reference to pull data from Array's correct column

Hi I am trying to use a static date cell reference to pull in the corresponding month column's data. So whenever I change the date the formula will look at my array of columns, find the correct month and pull in the corresponding month's data. I have attached a spreadsheet showing the idea behind it. Not sure if it's possible. Thank you for any help.
