    Red face Conditional Formatting Gantt Chart to show overdue date

    Hi Guys,

    I would greatly appreciate if you could support me to find a way of working for following issue.

    I have downloaded Simple Gantt Chart template file. Screenshot 2019-08-01 at 23.01.29.png

    As you can see from the screenshot it is working fine and when changing the status bar it is updating the chart, but I need to add another colour code using conditional formatting to show end date of the task is past, but still not completed it needs to be coloured as red from mentioned end date to current date (or =today().

    Screenshot 2019-08-01 at 23.05.09.png

    Above ise conditional formatting used in this sheet.

    Blue = Not started
    Green=Completed
    Orange=today

    Re: Conditional Formatting Gantt Chart to show overdue date

    Welcome to the forum

    Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    The following formula/rule applied to $J$7:$FN$106 seems to work: =AND(J$6>$F7,$G7<1,J$6< TODAY())
