Help with that does different things based on several different conditions

Hello all,

I am hoping someone can help me with the following:

In the attached worksheet, I am looking to populate column E with exchanged rates from column D. Column D has currency values that are mostly related to the country the city named in column A is. For example:
Row 2 is Tulsa, so the value in column D is in US Dollar.
Row 5 is Montreal, so the value in column D is in Canadian Dollar.
Row 12 is Amsterdam, so the value in column D is in Euro.

I am hoping there's some formula that can do these exchange rates somewhat automated; I would initially have to add certain cities to conditions and still have to look up the daily exchange rate and change some numbers in the formula based on those findings but if for example I can have a formula that checks column A and does a different calculated based on cities that use USD, CAD, Euro, Swedish Kroner and so on, that would help a lot.
