To calculate monthly columnar revenue based on project start and end date and monthly fees

Dear All

Please can anyone help me to create a formula to auto calculate column-wise monthly revenue with the below available information
Client Name
Project Start Date
Project End Date
Monthly Retainer Fees

In case if the project start date is middle of the month, then that particular month revenue should be prorated

With the above input, excel should calculate automatically monthly revenue column-wise
