I have a timesheet, which the time is manually entered for IN and OUT, but I need a value rounded up or down depending on the time entered. For example, if someone entered 7:16 through 7:29 it needs to round to 7:30, or 7:31 to 7:44 also needs to round to 7:30.

For OUT time if someone enters 4:01 to 4:14 or 3:46 to 3:59 it would need to round to 16:00.

Otherwise the time entered stays to whatever the person enters, such as 16:00, 16:15, 16:30, etc.
