Extract row for given letter and given text in inside cell two times

Hello Friends

If the Column B (named Type) have XYZ and if the column H (Named Texts) have Fino (or FINO or fino) if exatly for 2 counts then need to extract that row.

Sheet 2 shows the requried result need to plot by formula, Yellow highlighted row which matches condition need to be pulled.

Are you able to use a helper column to ID those 2's?

Agree a helper would be better.

If you prefer without. This formula filled down and across until you get blanks.
