    Date Column + X Days?

I have a template that has various dates in Column A. In column B I want the corresponding date in Column A + 30 days. Typically, I would just use the formula "=A1+30" and drag the formula down, but I am using software reporting that does not allow me to customize formulas like that. Is there a general formula I can add in Column B so that it will take A1 +30 days in B1, A2 +30 days in B2, so on and so forth?

What does that mean? What does it allow?

Re: Date Column + X Days?

I am using 3rd party software that generates data from that software into an excel report. Basically, I can add a formula into my report, but I have limited abilities, I can't create a unique formula for each cell like I normally would. I need some kind of "universal formula" in all cells of column B that basically tells excel to Look to the cell in Column A, put that date in column B, and add 30 days to it. Here is an example to illustrate better:

    Column A Column B
08/10/19 (Formula here to take date in A2 + 30 Days)
08/15/19 (Formula here that is exactly the same as the above formula and looks in A3)

Is there a way to do this? I feel like there would using some kind of general formula like =COMLUMN or something but I can't figure it out.

This will allow the same formula to be used in any/all rows.

One quick question. Is there a way in the formula to tell the output to be in date format rather than changing the cell format?

Yes but it will then be text, which is OK if you don't have to do further calculations on it:
