Concatenate a range based on what is in another cell/range

    Hi Everyone!

I have a table where an employee's job title is split up into individual words, in different cells. What I want to do is concatenate those cells somehow so the entire Title is in each cell, for each employee. I have attached an image where the original data table is on top and the desired table is on the bottom-- I replaced real names with office characters :D

My logic so far: create a new column with formula -- if the Employee Name<>Employee name above, then concatenate any cells in Column C, tied to that name. After that, Go To Special > Blanks > Fill up. I just don't know how to do a concatenate with a dynamic range

If there is an easier approach to this please let me know!
