IF Regular or Standard Hours show as "Regular,Standard"

    Hiya,

Where I have the type of hours in cell A1 (Regular, Standard, Overtime, Unpaid, Travel) I would like the adjacent column to pull and "Regular" and "Standard" hours into column B and shows as "Regular,Standard", where it is not either of these column B should just replicate what is in the cell in column A.

I already have a start where I can get the Regular and Standard elements to work. I just need the final part where the cell value pulls over and shows as is if it does not match regular or standard.

    =IF(OR(A1="Regular",A1="Standard"),"Regular,Standard","")

    Thanks in advance.

Why you set the null string when the criteria is FALSE :D
