Time Formula Not adding correctly

I have a table with time values entered for each day. They are entered in h:mm format with the maximum per day being 9:00 hours. (Cells are formatted as stated but when the hours are entered it adds AM to the end)
% of utilization is then calculated for the day by dividing hours used by the max of 9:00. A monthly utilization is calculated (and graphed) by adding the time for each day then dividing by the number of days times 9:00.

This seems to be working for hours less than 24 hours but not consistently. I have tried changing formats and have not found a solution.

If D63 is the only problematic result, type "Wednesday" instead of "Wednesay".
